Fabulous location.

Liked: Fabulous staff .... Really warm and friendly, helpful too. Clean tidy all you would expect. Breakfast was excellent, with the exception of the eggs ... Would have much preferred poached eggs as an option. This would effect my decision to book again as I luv my eggs for breakfast. Everything else was outstanding.
Disliked: The eggs.

Liked: This Holiday Inn is very near to Harry Potter studio which was great. Car parking and motorway access is no problem.

Liked: The staff were amazing!
Disliked: We struggled with an overflowing bathroom sink that had to be plunged twice daily. It left the bathroom wet and dripping. What was really not acceptable was a phone instrument in the room without a cable connection - this can be a huge risk.

Disappointing

Disliked: No wifi in my room. Tried multiple times and had to tether off my mobile data to complete a work presentation. Dirty rooms with oil and hair smeared on the door. Latch was half broken.
