Great hotel with pool

Liked: Hotel, well located and equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The pool was the best part because our kids had a wonderful time, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it.

Liked: staff really made you feel like family
Disliked: I mean I don't really have much negative to say about it but if I had to I would probably recommend them having some trays handy to bring breakfast up to the room and maybe get the ice machine on the third floor fixed lol But besides that it was good

Disliked: Parking was a short walk and not in as protected area as I may have liked

Liked: This is the only hotel that I stay at when come to Springfield

Disappointing

Disliked: Too noisy, the room they gave us was over the main road and there is a red light, each time a car stops and starts at red and green light you wake up, it was one of my crazziest night. But on the otherhand, the receptionist was very kind.

We only stayed one night...
