Holiday Inn Express Springfield By IHG

The room was smaller than I would have liked and was pretty dirty. There was food on the floor, dirty pillow cases, and hair on the bathroom floor as well - it looked as if it had not been dusted in a long time. Yuck!

Disliked: The elevator was broke when we arrived and took most of the night before it was fixed. The getting to the pool to use it and how you had to go about it.

Disliked: Pool is across an open deserted lot through a service door up a service stairway through another basement convention area of a different hotel across that hotel and up 15 floors. NO HOT TUBNO BATHROOM IN POOL AREA. HAD TO CIRCLE A CLOSED PATIO AREA TO FIND A BATHROOM ON THE OTHER SIDE. this is a terrible excuse for an ad with pool and hot tub and a final price of 147. This is fraudulent/-and booking.com—-You are responsible. You should refund 50$ as that is a typical for this area with a pool and hot tub on site. Very disappointed and not safe
