very nice hotel, recommended for...

Liked: breakfast was very nice, room was nice and comfortable, we had a door between the rooms - great, nice view from room window, kitchen in room
Disliked: need more room for breakfast, we waited long time to have a table both mornings, no kitchen-ware, no dining option in room (table, chairs) or hotel (restaurant)

Superb

Liked: Springdale is an excellent location and this hotel was reasonable compared to others. A shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Very nice room. Nice outdoor area next to the pool with a fireplace and great view of the mountains out back.
Disliked: If you have a lot of stuff and you're on the 2nd floor, be prepared to lug it up two flights of stairs....

Very good

Liked: The staff were very welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable, and there was a good variety to choose from at breakfast. The location is very close to one of the shuttle bus stops, and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Although the swimming pool was being renovated, we were offered the use of the sister hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast had a good variety to choose from, but it was disappointing to see the number of single use, disposable plates, cups and cutlery at breakfast, at a time when we are encouraged to recycle and reuse things where possible. Could the ( very friendly ) staff who are employed to empty the constantly full rubbish bins, just wash re-usable plates, etc instead? The website says ‘on site parking’ but doesn’t say that there is a charge for it. It wasn’t so expensive, but I wasn’t told until check out.

Convenient stay close to park....

Liked: Proximity to the shuttle and the park
Disliked: Minimal facilities, gets charged for the parking, facilities are not clean. Carpeted floors are not clean.

Liked: Location, location, location. The hotel itself blended on nicely with its surroundings. The rooms were nice.

Disliked: Pool was closed, but thankfully the hotel nearby allowed us to use their hot tub.

Liked: Location was great and amazing views. Comfy beds!
Disliked: Didn’t get access to pool at the hotel. But they were kind enough to give us permission to go swim in the pool at the sister hotel next door.
