Disliked: After making online reservations for two queen beds and two dogs, I was informed at the desk that I "was lucky" they had one pet room left. I told then I made reservations months ago. They were very rude and unhelpful with questions regarding our stay, directions, even where to take the dogs to go potty. Would not recommend.

Liked: It's a nice place with beautiful view. Moreover, one of the employees speaks Ukrainian, which greatly simplified the communication with the hotel employees.
Disliked: We were placed on the 4th floor and were not even warned that the elevator was not working. It certainly wasn't convenient.

Disliked: You could hear if anyone was talking/walking past your room. Thin walls
