Holiday Inn Express Spokane-Downtown By IHG

Disliked: After making online reservations for two queen beds and two dogs, I was informed at the desk that I "was lucky" they had one pet room left. I told then I made reservations months ago. They were very rude and unhelpful with questions regarding our stay, directions, even where to take the dogs to go potty. Would not recommend.

Liked: My room was quiet and clean. The location was convenient.
Disliked: I don’t like having to use my phone as the key.

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The location is great for going downtown.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.

Exceptional

Liked: The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Loved the happy hour, the evening cookies, and the variety from day to day in the breakfast buffet.

This is our go-to location...

Liked: The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. They had a taco bar we were able to use as dinner - a little salty! Located near the freeway with a great view of downtown.
Disliked: The parking lot is tight! Not much they can do about it, but beware if you have an oversized vehicle!

Liked: the girls in the afternoon were very friendly the old man and other gentlemen were very rude

Liked: Everything staff was awesome and location fantastic. I only wish it had a pool
