Holiday Inn Express Spokane-Downtown By IHG

Disliked: After making online reservations for two queen beds and two dogs, I was informed at the desk that I "was lucky" they had one pet room left. I told then I made reservations months ago. They were very rude and unhelpful with questions regarding our stay, directions, even where to take the dogs to go potty. Would not recommend.

Liked: Clean, great shower pressure, comfortable beds, lots of variety for breakfast. It was a quick trip! Wish we had more time as it was in a good location near the river
