Disliked: Pillow was too high with two or too low with one ( petty I know )But after driving long distance it was comfy and I slept well

HIE Southampton West, outstanding reception...

Liked: Reception service was outstanding.
Disliked: Room was average, however carpet stains from previous customers, cleaning staff failure to notice empty tissue box even though I had taken it off the wall s ok it was more visible. 2 coffees and 2 tea sachets is rather mean!! Whatever is used for cleaning leave a horrible smell in the room. All these issues would be less irritating if the room rate was lower but at the prices HIE are charging In expect everything to be done.
