Holiday Inn Express Southampton - M27 J7

Liked: Friendly staff; easy to park; made to feel welcome; nice rooms; good breakfast.
Disliked: None.

Booked a double bed room - had double bed and sofa bed made up so no room to move. They did take it down eventually. Breakfast was called an economical breakfast as they were busy - no fried eggs! Premier Inn is much much better value. Was horrendous - £250 just to sleep. Never again.

Liked: Room on the ground floor, good bar and evening meals, room clean
Disliked: Paying extra for parking it should be included as standard, also breakfast area is not big enough for the number of guests, we had to queue for food and food was cold by the time you managed to get round due to insufficient space

Great for a stop over...

Liked: Close to the motorway, great for the docks and a cruise,
Disliked: The staff couldn't tell me if the room had twin beds, when asked.

Disliked: The carpet had brown stains on the carpet so I will not stay again and would recommend for any of my friends and family to use you.
