Amber is her name
Liked: I’d like to share my experience at this hotel and highlight the exceptional service we received. The entire team was warm and welcoming, but I particularly want to praise the receptionist, Amber. We arrived on Friday night, exhausted from our travels with tired children in tow, and Amber greeted us with genuine kindness and empathy. She made sure we were accommodated on the fourth floor in a quiet, spacious room that was perfect for our needs. I took note of Amber's name because she truly stands out at this hotel; employees like her are rare treasures. Thank you for making our stay memorable! Best regards, Tatiana

Disliked: The fact that I clearly explain that I booked twice by mistake ( 4 rooms instead of 2 ) for my family and even though my reservations were made through bookings and Expedia it is the hotel that charged my credit card 4 rooms and even after calling multiple times the hotel staff/manager they did not even offer a partial credit or voucher for a free stay no empathy for a honest mistake claiming it is because I booked with bookings.com and there’s nothing they can do ? They are the ones charging my credit card not booking.com
