a cold stay in Vermont

Liked: The room was nice. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The heat didn't work. First night was not too cold, so we were fine. Second night, the maintenance man fixed it and it worked for about 4 hours. Third night I got it to work by working through the cycles to finally get the heating element to work, which is what I saw the maintenance guy do the evening before--it then worked for about 4 hours. That was the coldest night---the room got down to 58 degrees. Also, on the second day the housekeeping staff left us with 1 bath towel. Just 1.
