Loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and location was excellent. The breakfast was good. Hot and had a good selection. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Location was great; room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Comfortable; relaxing; couch and fridge in the room; clean bathroom; reasonable pricing. An overall pleasing experience here. Thank you.

Disliked: The lighting may have been not the greatest, and the blinds did not prevent the sun/streetlight from shining in at night/early morning.

Our room was clean and the location was very convenient, right across the street from our concert venue. Will definitely stay there again.

Place to get a nights...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff…..but didn’t get our early a.m. wake-up call, but one of us was up at 2:30 am. The shuttle came on time @ 4:00 am, and the driver was really nice. Didn’t get time to try the breakfast. Oh, the bathroom was very nice.
Disliked: Cheap little kitchen chair in the corner, not the nice lounge chair pictured in your site. No coffee machines in the rooms, and don’t tell us you’re doing it for an environmental reason to save on cups in the trash, it’s a money in your pocket reason. Carpet was very worn and dirty.

Disliked: Sheets were cold and clammy, Couldn't sleep, Staff was rude and unhelpful, I asked to not be on the first floor since I'm traveling alone and the desk person rolled their eyes and said there was nothing he could do. TV didn't work and couldn't connect to the internet so I couldn't watch Netflix. I told the front desk and he said he couldn't do anything and that he could have someone look at it the next day. I told him I'd be checking out in the morning so it didn't matter. This price of the room was not cheap and yet the stay felt like a cheap hotel. Not worth the money

Liked: Rooms /Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok not great though , but it has good protein options and fruits as well. Coffee was good .
Disliked: When we checked in, unfortunately the front desk staff who was on duty wasn’t attentive or cooperative. Although in our reservations we explicitly requested a two connected rooms since we have three kids under the age of 15, he declined our request and claimed he can’t accommodate our request, since we booked through a third party. He put us in two separate rooms, where we have to split ourselves as one adult in each room, to find out that one of the rooms we have is actually part of a connected room to another room that was already booked. This is unacceptable, spoiled our stay. Although it is clear that the rooms or hotel was renovated, but the elevator wasn’t not and it smells so disgusting, we opt out for using the stairs to avoid the stinky smell of that hotel.
