Comfortable; relaxing; couch and fridge in the room; clean bathroom; reasonable pricing. An overall pleasing experience here. Thank you.

Disliked: The lighting may have been not the greatest, and the blinds did not prevent the sun/streetlight from shining in at night/early morning.

Our room was clean and the location was very convenient, right across the street from our concert venue. Will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Price is very fluctuating. I paid over $400 for a room. 2 days later, it was $188.

Liked: The supportive bed! The prior, non-Holliday Inn hotels, caused me great back pain.
Disliked: The pillows were really heavy. I'm only 5'2" and use one between my knees and had a little difficulty moving them as needed during the night. Bed was great.
