Liked: Staff were so friendly and genuine.
Disliked: AC unit was really noisy. But the staff cared.

Loud noisy fan and front...

Disliked: The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off! There was no information about how to use the air conditioning and so I unplugged it. The breakfast was mediocre. Besides these issues, our stary was OK.The best thing about the hotel was that it was next door to a terrific Italian restaurant.

Liked: It was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t good. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels and the food was better. I had to kill a worm in the bathroom.

Restful Stay for Visiting the...

Liked: This location is central for visiting Shelburne Museum, downtown Burlington and the airport were all a short drive away. The staff was very helpful in resolving an issue with our room's ac. My family was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings. Warm Cookie Happy Hour was a nice touch.
Disliked: All good!
