Liked: It was clean and near the springs.
Disliked: The GM was rude. She wouldn't check us in 30 minutes before 4pm. She let the kids run through the hotel yelling before and after quiet time, but refused me a paper copy of a receipt. Appears the softball teams were more important. The teams were checking in before 4pm.

Liked: The location was extremely convenient for the things that we needed to do and the staff was exceptional.
Disliked: The room had a stall smell, the floor clean and the sink plumbing was leaking.

Liked: The staff was great and the breakfast was good. Coffee machine was excellent!

Great location average facilities

Liked: The pool was pretty comfortable and the size of the suite was big. The location was amazing
Disliked: I'm not even 6ft tall and I found the bed was very short for my legs. In addition the pool had lots of bugs inside of it, which is probably a Florida thing
