Disappointing

Liked: Staff was beyond phenomenal and I loved the location
Disliked: Needed a place to sleep for a little while (at least my babies) and as soon as I got them all up to our room and in the bathtub, a huge roach fell in out of nowhere! It was terrifying and gross. Still waiting on them to give me some sort of refund for it but it was awful.

Modern Hotel Business clients and...

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming both on arrival and at breakfast time. Comfortable beds and bathroom facilities good, loved the toiletries provided. Very good size room.
Disliked: Air-conditioning controls in the room on wall the ones on air-conditioning itself do not work took us a little time to figure that out. Room was very warm and all the corridors have no air-conditioning going. Fitness centre had no weights.

Stay was relaxing the area...

Liked: Convenient to Silver Springs State Park
Disliked: Pool had a lot of leaves and debris

Fun road trip to Silver...

Liked: Close to silver springs. Clean, cool, and comfortable. Decent breakfast and very nice staff.

It was ok and convenient...

Liked: People were nice. The pool was heated and relaxing.
Disliked: No A/C in the hallways or breakfast area, but the time you leave the room and get outside you are already sweating. When got my room, thermostat was on 78 degrees, it took a little while to get the temperature down to cool off the room.

Superb

A short get away visiting...

Liked: Breakfast was ok, the coffee was excellent, they had a machine that grinds the coffee beans and makes fresh coffee. The food selections was ok, I am not a fan of breakfast buffet, other than that it was good.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything I didn't like.
