Liked: easy location, the two staff that were on were amazing for the work load they were under, it's not nice to see two people trying to run check in, bar, dinner as well as all the people arriving.
Disliked: was a good stay other wise.

Liked: Cleanliness. Super shower. Comfortable bed. Has iron and ironing board and hairdryer in the room. Wi-Fi available. Breakfast brilliant dishes refreshed regularly. Decent choice in bar/cafe for evening food. Hydration station good.
Disliked: Prices of food in evening expensive for portion sizes.

Disliked: The door to my room looked like it had been broken into at some point before. The handle and locking mechanism were shaky and didn’t feel secure at all.

Good stay but staffing needs...

Liked: Good Room, good beds, clean and comfortable. Excellent service from the duty receptionist - she couldn't have been more helpful!!
Disliked: We had a meal in the cafe but felt so sorry for the one guy who had to do all of the cooking - he worked extremely hard but there was inevitably a long wait; this seems very unfair for both him and the customers. The meal was quite good but obviously produced under pressure. Full marks to the 'chef' and to the extremely helpful lady on reception - both deserve a pay rise!!

Liked: The staff were all excellent - very efficient and polite. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable and clean. Value for money!
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing and there was no Gordons gin left! Sited on an industrial estate so it was a little cut off and took a few minutes to find.
