Nice folks, dirty jacuzzi tubs!

Liked: The staff was very nice, especially the maids. I liked the Dove personal care products & the continental breakfast was decent, minus the pancakes - out of a machine and shoeleatherish.
Disliked: I reserved an executive suite for the added benefit of the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. Well, the fireplace has no adjustments for temperature, just fire on/off & fan on/off. The jacuzzi tub was filthy, so I asked the maid for some bleach to run through the jets only to find out it didn't work - missing the on/off button. Also, of note, there was something brown & gritty in the shower that was Not water stains; that is what I was told when I showed the front desk the pics of the nasty jets. So, they gave me another rm, 1 floor below in the "renovated floor"; my question is if you had a renovated rm, why did you put me in that 1? So this time I went to the store & bought bleach & ran it through the jets for a good 15-20 min. before I used the tub...only to find gross brown pieces in the tub when I got out. The next morning, I thought surely everything was out of them now between 1 bleaching & 1 run of tub...NOPE, still not clean. I had to take a shower afterward, I was so grossed out. Oh, the coffee grounds in that cup are also why I cleaned the coffee pot.Please see pictures and videos below...correction it won't let me add the videos, but they are available upon request.
