Very good

Liked: The breakfast was okay - there was a selection, fruit, oatmeal, eggs, etc., but some of the items were warmed up and not that fresh - example: turkey sausage. Gravy for biscuits was very good, but the biscuits were not. The location is good and there are several restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There was a single serve Keurig in the room - which is good, but there is only 1 medium and 1 decaf pod, with very old style cellophane pack with sugar and dry cream. We had a room with 2 queen beds - technically could be 4 people in the room .. so 2 don't get coffee. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it kind of is... why offer something if you are going to do it in such a mediocre way.

Housekeeping

Liked: Breakfast, 24 hour pool, loved that our room had a spa bathtub.
Disliked: That bleach was left on the floor in bathroom and by dining table we didnt know and alot of my kids clothes were ruined.

Liked: The room was clean and location good for our stay.
Disliked: We stayed here 6 weeks previous and then tried the Hampton Inn on my 2nd trip and for my 3rd trip decided to go back to the Holiday Inn. 1st. We had 3 Adults and only had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel in our room. 2nd, There was nothing to stir the in room coffee with after you add creamer and sugar. 3rd. Breakfast had been made to order on our previous trip, but this time it was frozen and microwaved or something. Eggs were terrible and you couldn't hardly get to the hot food without burning yourself. Definitely not what I expected.
