Liked: It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.
Disliked: The desk clerk could not find our reservation even though I booked it that morning and had a reservation confirmation. She confidently told us that the hotel was completely booked and we did not have a reservation booked for that not and was unapologetic when she eventually found it. It was a stressful check-in considering it was late and we were very tired.

Liked: Very clean & organized, the front staff man was welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: There was a stain on the one table and the hook to hang the towel was dangling off in the bathroom but other than that no biggie.

Disliked: Mold in the shower , broken bathroom door handle , cigarette burn in night stand to L of bed , broken desk chair , ( I had documentation to complete for work) and shower was dirty .
