From the moment we arrived we were looked after. Very polite and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. When we got to our rooms they were very clean. Shower was amazing! Breakfast in the morning was delicious - they cater for everyone's taste with a wide choice of everything. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Very warm and welcoming. Well done everyone and thank you.

Great family get together venue
Liked: Just had a great weekend at crowne plaza in Sheffield meeting up with family members to go to a wedding nearby. We were originally booked in the next door holiday inn express but moved across due to current refurbishment work at hie. Certainly glad we were moved as we couldn't have had a better stay. The original listed building is full of original features and has recently undergone a sympathetic renovation while our rooms were spacious, modern and comfortable. The aspect we were most impressed with was the lovely staff who were all so friendly and helpful with a real focus on giving excellent customer service. This started even before our stay as on being advised of the change of hotel I had a productive exchange of messages with reception to check that one of the booked rooms which we needed to be wheelchair accessible would meet the needs of my sister in law who uses a wheelchair. All the staff we met were great but special thanks to Achille who organised us a table in the restaurant for a quiet family get together meal, Tomas who sorted an issue in the accessible room and was especially helpful at breakfast and Purna who looked after us at breakfast each morning. The hotel would definitely be our first choice when visiting Sheffield.
