Liked: I’m not going to say I liked anything about it because I didn’t stay at the holiday inn, I was placed in the so called sister building which I am not happy at all because I booked for holiday inn but when I get there surprise I’m going to the next building- if I wanted to stay at avita however it’s called I would’ve booked with them and at no moment was it informed on site before I booked. Plus had to drag my luggage all thru side walk to get to the other building. Not nice.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I was sent to the next building. You should let us know that you are together because you have two different sites for booking one for holiday inn n one for avita

A wonderful option for a...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should; the TV, wifi, fridge and microwave. The location was excellent and we were able to get uber to the various locations we wanted to visit. The front desk staff were bilingual, friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and on time every day. I will recommend for short stays in the San Juan area.
Disliked: The bathroom was very small with little room for a good shower and to fit towels etc. You also have to be positioned to the side rather than forward to comfortably sit on the toilet stall. This was the only drawback to an otherwise very clean and functional room.

What I had in mind

Liked: Super Nice Staff . I have never seen so many staffs cleaning and making sure everyone is happy with the stay, our room was beautiful and super clean and so comfortable . Breakfast was Delish and is close to the beach and restaurants we had a great stay.
Disliked: That it wasn’t longer.
