Liked: Convenient location, clean and comfortable. Yvette at the front desk was so sweet, giving us suggestions for restaurants and gave us the number for a courtesy ride service! This so appreciated! I have mobility issues and even though most downtown attractions are within .5 to .8, this totally free service in an electric vehicle was just what I needed! Every time we walked into the lobby, Yvette was smiling and welcoming us! So nice❤️
Disliked: Room was smaller in size than most, but very comfortable! You had to walk a block to park, but the parking fees were only $10/day.

Nice but wouldn't stay again

Liked: The staff was great. The room was very nice.
Disliked: Paying to park. The elevator was very scary in when we road up it it would stop at the 5th floor very slowly then drop a few inches, felt like it was going to drop. The bed was way too firm.

Disliked: I had a fall into a pool drain pump that was not secure. Scraped up leg, shoe was soaked. Very painful. Staff was of no help. Was told manager would reach out. Never happened

Disliked: First shift charged me for a key card, which wasn’t ok with me after spending my money to lay my head there. My family and I just took a walk on the river when we received a call about the key card.
