We had a great stay here. The room was immaculate, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, as I was travelling with a disabled husband. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Excellent hotel.
Disliked: Taxi service to O2 was disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast and location.
Disliked: Given a room on arrival, only to enter it and find it had not been cleaned. Beds unmade and dirty towels still on the bathroom floor.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The air conditioning unit leaked water into the carpet all night. We notified staff, but was told we would have to wait I til.mornkng for it to be fixed. The carpet was soaked, and the dripping kept us awake.
