Holiday Inn Express Royal Docks

We had a great stay here. The room was immaculate, and all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, as I was travelling with a disabled husband. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Liked: The location, breakfast, and staff were great. Very clean.
Disliked: The room for four people (a family) had one double bed, which was very good and comfortable. However, the additional double bed was an uncomfortable sofa bed (bad mattress and small).

Liked: Our stay at Holiday Inn Express – IHG was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with every corner maintained to the highest standard. It’s clear that great care is taken to provide guests with a fresh and welcoming environment.What made the experience truly special was the incredible staff. Every team member we encountered was polite, friendly, and genuinely caring. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful housekeeping team, everyone made us feel right at home. Their kindness and professionalism stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.The location is fantastic – just a short walk to underground and bus stops, making it very easy to get around London. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, offering a variety of choices. Another big plus is the convenient on-site car park, which made everything even more hassle-free.A huge thank you to the whole team at Holiday Inn Express – IHG. You truly made our visit memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

Liked: Kind and smiled staff. Clean rooms. Good location near the underground. Near to the supermarkets and cafes. Delicious food, healthy, suitable for or every different taste , even for the people with lactose and gluten intolerance.I recommend it!

Good budget option that came...

Liked: Clean, quiet and budget, came with an ok breakfast, location is good with nearby supermarket, bus and underground but we used a car. The espresso machine in the breakfast area made some fantastic coffee.
Disliked: Had a bit of struggle to figure out how to turn some lights off, managed to figure it out before staff arrive to check, car park is paid.
