The reception people are not...

Disliked: The reception people are not polite and not helpful . Breakfast is not enough . They service is very little.

Very spacious room. A comfortable...

Liked: Very spacious room! Clean and comfortable. Has an elevator, an underground parking lot, air-conditioner in the room. About 5-10 mins drive to old town Rouen. Nice breakfast in a big breakfast room. Check-in and out is quick and efficient. The receptionist is very helpful when we try to find and enter the hotel’s parking lot.
