Liked: Convenient location for our trip
Disliked: Very small rooms - very tight parking

Liked: Room was relatively clean and the location was fine. The rest was not
Disliked: The whole hotel was rundown and dingy and almost creepy. The room was tiny and way overpriced.

Exceptional

Liked: It was close to Long Island University.
Disliked: The price was a little high for one night

Disappointed with this hotel.

Liked: Parking was convenient. Location was convenient. Breakfast was meh. Many of the items weren’t available—we went to breakfast at 8 but a lot of that food was gone and not replenished. It wasn’t great anyway.
Disliked: Tiny room. Very noisy. Very old building and rooms have not been renovated. Old and somewhat dingy and not inexpensive. Elevator is teensy.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Front facade was seedy as was the entrance area giving us a bad vibe. The check in clerk was unpleasant. He wouldn’t let us check out the room and more importantly, would not allow one of to use a bathroom until we were checked in.

Liked: Parking was good with ample space and was free, which is unusual for the USA, especially around New York.
Disliked: The hotel had a terrible stench and we noticed it was because the carpet was wet. The rooms were even worse, too smelly and damp. Really irritating, and stirred up allergic reaction for my wife and I. I told the front desk about our experience and lady said will inform management. Advice: never use water to clean up your carpet.
