Close to Airport

Liked: Being close to the Detroit Airport was our main reason for staying at this hotel. It was only about a 10 minute driver early in the morning. We had to turn in our rental car and by staying close it was a breeze.
Disliked: The hotel does not have free parking, so we had to book a parking space by scanning a QR code. But unfortunately, not everyone on the planet has a smart phone. That made booking a parking space a challenge. We did have two fantastic staff members at the front desk that helped us immensely to book a parking space. It would be nice if there were a couple of parking spaces where people could use a charge card to pay for the space. This would allow more people to access the parking lot.

Disappointing

Disliked: Dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t served.

Disliked: Room was dirty, bathroom had been used toilet and sink dirty, some wet goo on the floor i stepped in! Lots of thick gunk around fridge and phone. Edges of carpet had a thick layer of dust dirt. I didn't stay. Asked for a refund.

Disliked: The room I stayed was very run down…Bathroom door was missing big pieces at the bottom, walls were very badly in need of painting and walls very thin could hear everything
