Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms weren't cleaned well, stains on furniture, curtains dirty, blinds broken, stains on wall, air conditioner control letters were faded couldn't see the settings, bathroom tile old, discoloration on shower floor. Also very noisy, couldn't rest peacefully. We could hear the noise in rooms above us, stomping and dragging their luggage on the floor. It was 3:35 am - 4:47am.

Close to Airport

Liked: Being close to the Detroit Airport was our main reason for staying at this hotel. It was only about a 10 minute driver early in the morning. We had to turn in our rental car and by staying close it was a breeze.
Disliked: The hotel does not have free parking, so we had to book a parking space by scanning a QR code. But unfortunately, not everyone on the planet has a smart phone. That made booking a parking space a challenge. We did have two fantastic staff members at the front desk that helped us immensely to book a parking space. It would be nice if there were a couple of parking spaces where people could use a charge card to pay for the space. This would allow more people to access the parking lot.

Disliked: Dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t served.
