Disliked: Dirty. Air conditioner didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t served.

Disliked: Room was dirty, bathroom had been used toilet and sink dirty, some wet goo on the floor i stepped in! Lots of thick gunk around fridge and phone. Edges of carpet had a thick layer of dust dirt. I didn't stay. Asked for a refund.

Liked: Did not have breakfast.The location was great for us to get taken to airport
Disliked: The room I stayed was very run down…Bathroom door was missing big pieces at the bottom, walls were very badly in need of painting and walls very thin could hear everything

Liked: Hot part of buffet was down , and no replacement for hot section
Disliked: Because the buffet was half down they didn’t charge me for parking on site. Who the hell charges customers staying at their hotel for parking. They made me use a site to wave the parking fee because the issue buffet issue otherwise they would have changed me for parking????????

Liked: Location, very near to the airport and had a shuttle to take you there.
Disliked: Room was not clean besides the bed there was garbage from previous guests; furniture was in bad condition (there was a drawer beside the bed that even if you close it it would open again, very dangerous because you could hit). Shower was not clean, had hair on the walls. Lights from one side of the bed didn't work. The bed was bad, you could feel the edge of it when sitting down there.

The staff was very welcoming...

Liked: Everything was wonderful. Walk in and the smell was so fresh. Very clean 10/10
