Liked: The property was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly, even if we passed them during the day, everyone was very nice.

Terrible rooms

Liked: Dirty! Beds were not comfortable at all! Broke pieces of furniture! My tv remote didn’t work. And customer service was terrible! I requested a call back from managers who were on the phone with front desk when I asked only to be told no and they’d get a hold of me the next day which never happened. I emailed them Friday and still nothing!!! I traveled with a whole basketball team with parents and players and we will never do business with them again

Liked: Breakfast prepared by Sorquy was great. She was kept everything filled, in order and clean and went the extra mile with her friendliness and help.
Disliked: Some parts of the interior showed some wear
