It was a decent stay...

Liked: The continental breakfast was very nice although there was no pancakes, fruit, or yogurt. Two of which were healthy options that were not available and that was disappointing! We really enjoyed the pool, as it was warm and comfortable to swim in.
Disliked: The room was subpar, very small, the remote to the television did not work, the bathroom door did not lock, and the heating / air unit went hot and cold without us manipulating the thermometer.

Disliked: Did not get room that o booked, bathroom dirty, they then proceeded to give someone the same room in the middle of the night. I was awoken at 1245 to someone trying to get into our room. They double booked a room and didn’t realize. Didn’t have a roll away bed like the call we got either. Overall horrible experience with this hotel and would not stay there again

Liked: Arrived at our check in time after a 6 hour drive and was told they didn’t have a room for us. Our friends we traveled with were already checked in. They actually lied and said the whole floor was out because a water pipe burst. But our friends who booked there already got their rooms. Turns out, there were contractor crews who booked with them for a longer stay so they didn’t honor our reservation. The manager was rude and said “your option is to go to this hotel or I’ll cancel it and you can gladly figure it out on your own”

Disliked: Dont like anything bad service,their move me to another hotel, with out swimming pool and with out hot breakfast and I pay for this amenities and is the same price.
