Liked: There were no insects. At least, I don't think there were. I left my clothes and suitcase in the garage just in case.
Disliked: Sigh. Where to begin. Location: We booked this hotel because Booking.com said it was close to RIT. It's not, really. It's close to ... not much of anything. You know how you sometimes pass by a hotel and think "why the hell is there a hotel here?" This is that hotel.Rooms: Hotel rooms have come to universally suck. These chains hire the bottom of the interior design class from a community college and then give them a miserly budget. This place went cheaper than that.Maintenance: There was a patch above the toilet so poorly executed that I was embarrassed for whomever had done it. Literally somebody took spackling or dry wall mud and slathered it on the ceiling and moved on. Also, the toilet randomly ran all night, which is usually an indication that there is a problem in the tank. Staff: They had employees?Food: Okay, look, I have very low standards for breakfast. Cereal, yogurt and a banana and I am content. 2 out of 3 ain't bad, but they didn't even have that. We went offsite for breakfast, which was not an improvement because, as mentioned above, the location sucks.

Liked: All Staff, pool, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Location and pool! Pool was warm!!! I’ll be back. Coffee was hot at night. Breakfast was good. I had the egg white omelette.
Disliked: My room was to cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat. Made it boiling hot. Had to call staff to adjust it. Maybe leave directions. Or have staff inform people how to use it. Wasn’t sure about the tv either. What stations were available. My room had a pretzel and 1 m and m on the floor when I came in. I don’t think it was vacuumed. Please get gluten free cereal and bananas. Alternative milk. Almond or soy. Something.
