Liked: The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The couch area is a plus. Additionally they are very quiet.
Disliked: The only complaint we had this trip was one of the beds had crumbs on the sheets when we pulled the spread back. The manager very quickly moved us to another room and everything was awesome.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean. The night staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our toilet and shower got backed up. And morning staff keep waking us up, even though we had the "not ready yet" sign on the door. We decided do to medical issues to stay one more night and the day staff didn't tell housekeeping. Bad communication between day staff.

Liked: It's the only hotel that we have stayed at in the Rochester area that feels like "home"...Beds are comfortable, cozy and quiet property, staff are all amazing, and there's no other property we prefer above IHG Rochester South

Liked: I love how clean they keep the whole hotel. Check in was fast and easy, as well as checking out. This is our go to place to stay when we have to go to Mayo.
Disliked: I have zero complaints. Everything was wonderful!
