Liked: Room great. Bed great. Towels okay. Staff leaves a little bit to be desired. No greeting when we walked in in the late afternoon. Staff member smoking just outside the front door. Overall enjoyable.

Disliked: Plumbing was sub par. No hot water. sink faucet trickle, the tub would not drain. Hook on bathroom door missing.

Liked: Check in and out was easy. There was a snack bar right off the desk which was convenient. Upon entering the room the bathroom was not clean, there was a stuck old contact on the nightstand and part of the bathtub was broken and it was very loud. They did provide full bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash which was nice.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious! The breakfast was hot and had a great variety of food to choose from. A quiet hotel on the outside of the city but close enough to Mayo for convenience. Pool was bit chilly and the hot tub needs redone. Ice machine only on the 1st floor. Shower never got hot, always stayed lukewarm. Beds comfortable and pillow options were great!
