Liked: The location was very convenient
Disliked: Management was absolutely terrible, majority of staff were either rude or unamused with their jobs, the construction going on limited parking to a ridiculously low level and made the stay even more frustrating than the staff despite the price of the room going up daily when it should have been discounted bc of the MAJOR inconvenience!

Liked: All was great. Only disappointment was site said there was a spa bath tub, but only had a standard/ small tub. Otherwise all was great!

Liked: The location
Disliked: Several things from canceling my room while I was traveling 5 hours away due to the last four of my card the numbers they got messed up so instead of calling me they just canceled my room. Had to stay in a bad hotel/motel for one night because we had no place to stay. they got me a room sat to sun was promised for what happened 20,000 in points have not received that yet.

Don’t recommend staying here.
Liked: Did not eat the breakfast. Weekend breakfast needed to open up at 6:30, especially when several guests distination arrival was 7:00-7:30
Disliked: The hotel definitely needs to be updated, which it seems that it is. While construction is not going on, contractors and especially hotel staff still needs to make sure it is clean and accommodating. The room we were assigned to was not very clean, had dry wall defects, clogged sink drain, no cold water at the faucet, and the wall unit that controlled the temperature had error codes. It was very warm in the room, so we had to literally go buy a box fan. During the booking it asks about how many guests there will be, well I would assume that would be how many towels you get. We had 4 and when we arrived we had 3 towels and 2 wash rags. When we asked for more it seemed like a big deal to the staff members. Then the biggest issue not only from us but several other guests , the ice machines had mold in them!!! Even after several complaints no one took the initiative to put “out of order” signs on them. Mold is nothing to mess with, it can make people sick!!!!
