Staff great except manager. Location...

Liked: The breakfast was ok, pretty standard for this caliber of hotel... it did the job, however, there was no juice out only coffee and tea and I thought there would of been a waffle maker since they had syrup avail but didn't see that either.
Disliked: The desk chair in my room broke the 1st morning I was there. It was missing like 2 of the 4 required bolts to fasten it to the base. I fell backwards out the chair, hit my head on the ac unit in the room, reported it to the front desk, once I got home sent an email to the manager of hotel almost a week ago and still haven't heard back from them in regards to the incident. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This happened on Memorial Day weekend and I didn't want to bother having the staff call the manager to not bother her, yet I can't get a reply, apology for the issue or anything since the email.
