Terrible, would never stay here...

Liked: we had to change rooms, staff at reception were terrible (two ladies)
Disliked: room wasn’t clean when we arrived so we had to move rooms at 6pm. can hear everything, not well built. kids running around floors at 7am on Sunday morning and we could hear everything and we were floor below. reception staff terrible (we had two ladies who were not happy or helpful)

Liked: clean, comfortable, convenient. good breakfast.
Disliked: Ours was a two-might stay. I was surprised that room not made up after the first night. I guess we are accustomed to daily service on cruise ships.

It was good for what...

Liked: Breakfast was abundant and tasty. There was also the option of eating outside which was nice. Lots of choices.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 7:00 a.m. while we were still sleeping. It was because of burned toast downstairs. Not fun when you're in the middle of a deep sleep and there is nobody saying that it's a false alarm.
