Liked: The location was noisy due to traffic, but the room was quiet even though we were near the elevator.
Disliked: Hot tub wasn't working and we ordered a room with a King size bed on booking.com but instead we got 2 queen beds

Liked: The staff was nice greeting me nicely. And help me out with everything
Disliked: My holiday is next to two major roads that are noisy from all the time you can't get any sleep, you could hear people running around the hotel. I always awaken more than once people running around door slamming the vehicle noise all night long and all day long was inexcusable. This is my last time staying at this hotel. The price was $800 for two nights which is way too much and also, there was a heaviest smell when I first walked into the room, made me feel really uncomfortable. The beds was so uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff up front and the housekeeping were amazing, kind and friendly! The breakfast was good and the staff that work the breakfast bar were exceptional and quick! The kids enjoyed the pool.The beds were comfy and the room was a pretty good size for our family of four.
Disliked: We had issues with the plumbing in our room. The sink and tub would back up with every use and the toilet would clog every other flush. We had to call maintenance to our room twice! We were on the 4th floor, not sure if that had anything to do with it.Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed our entire stay. The water machine in the gym wasn't working; I informed the front desk and the next (and last) two days of our stay there was just an 'out of order' sign on the machine. There was only one ice machine on the first floor, no big deal, but it too had an 'out of order' sign on it as well.

Liked: Only thing that was decent was the breakfast
Disliked: Overpriced, bathroom toilet was leaking when we arrived. The hot tub was not working, and under repair the whole time we were there.The hotel has disparity pricing with other booking sites, and does not honor price variants even if you are an IHG member and call it to their attention. Found it not very clean, and cannot recommend this hotel, for any reason.

Liked: Parking was fine, Nishi morning on Saturday was very kind and communicated with my husband and I.
Disliked: Our bathtub had hair on the walls, the floor and was visibly not clean which was documented. As well as a nail is sticking out into the entrance of the bathroom.
