Very very good!

Liked: Everyone with a very good mood attending us, the breakfast fresh and good taste, the room was clean and comfort. It was a good rest to spend the night there. Thank you.

Comfortable stay, close to everything

Liked: The hotel is close to everything
Disliked: Too many kids banging on doors, the floor or the ceiling, screaming and running around. They started really early, every day.

Don't recommend staying here

Liked: The room was spacious and you could see the two volcanos.
Disliked: I checked in at 9:00pm and I had to wait long because the person at the front desk "had to check" that the room was ready. I had received several messages prior that they were looking forward to my visit and were ready for me. They were not ready! Usually check in is at 3pm. The guy at the front desk kept walking out towards the elevator, etc- I asked the guy again what the problem was, and he said that they were looking for a room that had two beds. They only had a king size bed available so I decided to take that one and share the bed with the other person. He did give me two bottles of water but that's nothing compared to the wait and the fact that I never got the two beds. Also, another family member had an awful experience with her room. She had two kids and was staying at very big room, the shower started flooding and they were just cleaning the flood with towels. Took her to be desperate so they could finally change her room.
