Disliked: There were many signs that the hotel was still under construction and unfinished areas that we were not told about. No big deal, but a heads up would have been appreciated.

Liked: spacious comfortable room, hada few problems but they were taken care of almost immediately
Disliked: I hate the fact that there was no housekeeping unless requested. I miss the automatic garbage emptying, fresh towels and bed making.

Liked: the view... the peace and quiet.... lovethe room... very comfortable and cozy place until....
Disliked: as I was enjoying the beautiful accommodation I dreaded having to walk outside of my door to deal with the attitude and rude staff you have (except housekeeping great attitude, very friendly and made you feel welcome..) I don't think that your staff including management know they are in the hospitality business.... I've traveled and stayed (lived)in hotels for over 30 yrs and the way they've spoken to me as a client.... never in my life have I been treated like the dirt on the bottom of there shoe.... and never been more offended in my life and just my personal opinion but your rating would definitely go up if you gave them a course in people skills....

Sucked and uncomfortable!

Disliked: This place was dirty, musky,stunk. Felt like I was in a dungeon! Very dark and run down! Wouldn't stay there for free again!
