Very disappointed

Disliked: The apparent lack of knowledgeable staff. The uncleanliness of the hallways, bathroom floor & sink area.

Disliked: King room was extremely small and did not come with a sofa in the room as listed.

Disliked: The pool was not clean, the chlorine was not correct, we all came home sick the same day after swimming in their pool, the customer service guy did not want to take his ear phones out to answer my questions I had, I’m still waiting on my $50 hood to release that has been over 3 weeks now, etc. I’m not happy and will never stay at this hotel again and we travel a lot!! Also our family lives in Princeton where we always get a hotel. We will be looking elsewhere for our next stay!!!!

Liked: Breakfast was nice, above average for a typical free breakfast
Disliked: I’m not sure why I was charged the same amount for 4 people versus 2 people. Originally I booked for 2 adults and 2 children(ages 15 & 12). A few days before the date, I messaged stating that there would only be 1 adult and 1 child therefore I could switch if needed to a smaller room since the hotel was maxed out. Nothing was said, when u arrived I reminded them again of it, the gentleman said nothing and I was charged for 4 people.

Disliked: Dated hotel ,People slamming doors all night and talking loud arguing bath tub and shower dirty! We left the hotel around midnight continue the drive to Indy

Disliked: We showed up to check in. No one was there. Sign said Will be back soon. Place smelled like mildew. Fans blowing. Place was dirty. We left. We called to tell them we are not staying. No one answered. After 2 calls to booking .com and a call to hotel. Money was not refunded.
