FILTHY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
Liked: Front desk staff was friendly at check in. The soft and bedroom area of the rooms are nice in size.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy. We found hair all over the showers, the handles and light switches look like they have never been wiped down. There was used floss picks and hair ties on the bathroom floor. The showers are so small. They feel like youre in a RV Trailer shower. The bathrooms are very small in general. Bath towels and wash cloths are very old with stains. Was not one bit impressed with the LACK of cleanliness. Will not go back or recommend staying there again.

Don't stay here. There are...
Liked: The only highlight was breakfast. It was great, but they kept running out of basic things, like syrup and single serve milks, and they were not replaced after multiple days.
Disliked: I have stayed at other locations and loved them, but I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and in fact, I will actively discourage people from staying here. We were treated like complete trash here and I am still just stunned that this was our experience as paying customers.My family was unexpectedly displaced from our home and we just stayed here for nearly a week. Things have been very, very stressful for us and exceptionally difficult for our kids and our dog. A friend of mine paid for our first night here using her Hilton rewards points, and then a family member paid for an additional five nights. There was a gap between check-out time and my family member calling to pay, but I communicated this MULTIPLE times with the front desk staff, Hannah. Seriously, every 15-20 minutes, I had an update. Hannah acted very understanding and patient, but after a little while, I had two other staff members banging on our door telling us to pay now or get all of our stuff out of the room ASAP. This unnecessarily scared me and my kids, and even though I told the woman at our door (she never identified herself) how hard a time we'd been having and how my family member was DEFINITELY calling soon to pay, all I got was rude disbelief and condescension. I spoke with the family member after that and within five minutes, our room was paid and the front desk called our room to let us know. No apologies or anything.However, they did proceed to inactivate our keys, so we had to go downstairs to get new ones, and we were then informed that we needed to give them a card and pay a $30/night incidentals hold fee. And no, they could not just release any of the funds from previous nights, we had to pay for each night and then it would be returned to us after checkout. We didn't have that much to pay all at once, so we ended up doing $30 each day and having to get new keys programmed daily at the front desk.

Good overall.
Liked: Breakfast was good. The room was nice and had great space.
Disliked: The beds weren't super soft and the sheet barely fit the bed.
