Disliked: I've now reached out to both Booking.com customer service as well as the property and have had no response to our last stay. We've stayed at this hotel several times and have never had any issues—until now. Unfortunately, our most recent stay was very disappointing. There was a large group on-site for a family reunion, which is totally understandable, but they were extremely loud and disruptive well into the night.Despite multiple calls to the front desk, nothing was done to address the noise. Our daughter wasn't able to fall asleep until around 1 a.m., and when we finally called the local authorities out of frustration, we were told there was nothing they could do since it's private property.The lack of action from hotel staff and management was deeply frustrating and showed a complete disregard for other paying guests. We’ve always appreciated staying here in the past, but this experience has seriously made us reconsider returning in the future.

Liked: Room was very large and spacious. Location is actually quite close to the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Building is dated, hallways and stairwells a bit musty and the carpet needs an update. Room was very basic, no-frills.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable…too firm for me. The pillows were great though and helped with the discomfort of the firmness of the bed. Also, there was a weird smell through the hallway on the third floor.
