Easy check in. Rooms were very clean. Desk employees were very nice. Nice hotel to stay in Plymouth. Price was good.

Cookie cutter holiday inn property.

Liked: Large room with bathtub and window Indoor pool available, but may have children playing .
Disliked: Group of boys attending soccer match running in the halls during the day. Complained to front desk, who said they were aware of problem and had discussed with boys they would be confined to roomHusband complained of street noise.

Disliked: very noisy inside: you hear all noise from neighbours when they shut the door or talk loud.This is the same experience at all Holiday Inns, eg. Salinas.I had asked for a quiet room and a family with kids was next to my room. The kids made a lot of noise by running and crying in the corridor and slamming doors.When I wanted to check out at 4:15 AM nobody was around and I did not get a bill, which I had asked for already in the evening.
