Short and comfortable

Liked: Location, and my son liked the pool. Liked that they offered breakfast, but it wasn’t that good
Disliked: Stains on the foot stool, comforter. Dead bugs and spider in the corner of the bathroom. Very small room for a king room. Not the hotel’s fault but guest were very loud in the hallways late in the evening.

Liked: It was very clean, the staff were friendly.. our room was opposite side from the highway so it was nice and quiet.
Disliked: The room was a bit too narrow.. not much space between the bed and dresser area.

Liked: Our room was comfortable, clean, and reasonably modern. We had an accessible room which was more spacious than the average room. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful. We had a quick check-in and check-out. The hotel provided breakfast, which offered many options for adults and children. The staff kept it well stocked and the area clean. Their coffee machines were lovely! The location is excellent, especially if you are visiting SUNY Plattsburgh. It is conveniently located near many shopping facilities as well, including Walmart, Kohl's, Price Chopper, Lowe's, and many more.
Disliked: The only thing I would mention is that our bathroom sink drained slowly. It wasn't a mess, but something to take into account.
