No extra pillows for medical/comfort

Liked: Everything, except my two extra pillow request. We enjoy staying g here and frequently stay in Plattsburgh all year long. Especially in fall winter and spring we are regularly staying …
Disliked: I had requested two extra pillows online and again at the property upon check in, as I have a kidney stone causing pain and ER doctor said I needed extra pillows for back comfort. I NEVER received any and none were in my room and. O one came with any. I don’t like to keep bothering the front desk clerk since he said it be no problem and wasn’t sure why booking dufnt relay my message to the hotel
