Holiday Inn Express Pittsburgh West - Greentree

Liked: Everything.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Friendly staff; nice room; close to where we had to go.
Disliked: Food wasn't the best but still filling.

Our room was definitely not up to par. We were not informed of the renovations, when we made our reservations. The carpet was bumpy and ripping in areas of our room and the cleanliness was not very comfortable. The overall smell was not fresh. Thankfully we were not in our room much of our stay. I would not recommend your place and would hope some type of compensation could be made to show customer appreciation.

Liked: Close to attractions and continental breakfast.
Disliked: Major renovation was taking place and I was not informed.

Liked: It was located in a good area close to the city.
Disliked: I requested that our rooms be next to each other and when we got there the rooms were on the opposite ends of the hallway making it very inconvenient. If you have booked 2 rooms with a family why would you put them in opposite ends of a floor. I booked these rooms in advance of our trip. If you could not do that then let me know in advance so I could book with another hotel that could accommodate my request.
