Liked: Benny at the front desk was awesome he was helpful and got us a mattress pad and then made the bed because the housekeepers were already gone 10 at night. He smiled at every enteraction

Liked: We were 2 hrs early .They let us check in early..Love the location how close to the airport when flying out at 5am.

Disliked: The information from booking.com advised that we could get a shuttle from the airport on the hour and half hour, continuously. In fact the shuttle only comes to the airport when called, and if not for the fact that somebody else had called for the shuttle we would not have been picked up until we had waited for a full hour to pass and it became obvious that the message was incorrect. We booked a shuttle for the next morning to go to the airport car rental area and when we came to check out we told by 'Dainsy' at the front desk that we would have to get a shuttle to the airport and then transfer to the car rental shuttle. This person was rude, and either untruthful or stupid, and would not listen to my assertion of what had been promised. Once we went out to the shuttle the friendly and polite driver told us that he would of course take us to the rental car depot and that he did it all the time. This interaction with 'Dainsy' spoiled the entire experience for us. If it were my business she would have been dismissed for her attitude and lack of awareness.
