Ann, Longport, visiting Union League of Philadelphia

A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Disappointed and waiting for the...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was at the hotel for only one stay with my husband and his son. We asked to split the payment between me and my husband’s son, and he was charged for his half. The attendant said that I will be refunded for my half payment and I ended up paying in full and still waiting to this issue be resolved.
