Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia-Midtown By IHG

A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Liked: Front desk was excellent.

Very disappointed.

Liked: Not much. Location was central and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room smelt bad, was small, the aircon blew straight onto the bed and was terribly noisy and not very cool. The bathroom was very basic.
