Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia-Midtown By IHG

A few hours before I registered my wallet was stolen; all my credit cards, I.D. etc. The young girl at the front desk was so compassionate and kind. It really helped my stress level. I wish I could remember her name.

Liked: Location, Ambiwnce, Room size, Comfort and Mr Kevin
Disliked: Requested for check in before time. They told me it's subject to availability. Reached by 2pm on 11th August. They had informed us our room is not ready. But they started allotting rooms to other guests as soon as they arrived. They asked us to show the whole 10 days payment amount and 50 USD security deposit in a single card during check in. We had to wait for more than 2 hours.

Liked: The staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendants were nice as well.
Disliked: The parking garage smelled a bit like urine. Otherwise no problems

Disliked: Probably the noise I could hear outside the hotel.

Issues solved. We enjoyed!

Liked: The pool was very nice. Breakfast was very good. the hotel staff was very polite and willing to help for example provided a sewing kit and recommended directions. Location of the hotel is great.
Disliked: while we were 4 people, only 3 sets of towels were provided each day, but the staff provided additional towel on request.the alarm clock was set for midnight by previous guest...
