Liked: Close to downtown.
Disliked: Pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. TV was awful small for today’s standard.

Liked: The front office staff was very nice every shift. The waterfront, and free parking. The cold part of the breakfast and the oatmeal. The coffee available 24/7 with creamer and good cups. My bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hot food, sausage and eggs was awful. The carpet in room was dirty and the chairs in the lobby, you need to throw all that furniture away. The outside and lobby. The ice machine was broken. If you didn't have the waterfront you guys would be closed. My room was a connector and I could hear everything all night. the walls are chipping and very dusty in there. I itched all night.

Liked: Nice, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff
Disliked: I worry, when there is only one elevator, that there could be trouble if it breaks (it didn't) or gets overcrowded (didn't happen,) There is nice comfortable chair in the room. A sofa would be nice, but is not essential.
